Tender description

The roads and services within these developments have not been completed by the developer to the standards required by Meath County Council and it has been deemed necessary for Meath County Council to complete these developments. A provisional list of remedial works will be drafted and a Pubic Lighting Report for the developments will be available at design stage. These shall form the basis of your condition survey and subsequent Pricing Document for this project. The required works shall include but shall not be restricted to, remedial works to roads and footpaths, repair works to sewer and water main utilities, road surfacing works, repairs and remedial works to public lighting, construction of footpaths and landscaping and boundary walls.
