Supported living for people with learning disabilities - framework consultation

Tender description

The Portsmouth City Council ('the council') council is planning to establish a new open framework for the provision of supported living and community support services based in the Portsmouth area. It is intended to be used for the provision of most supported living services for people with a learning disability funded by Portsmouth City Council. Following the market consultation process undertaken in the latter part of last year, the have further developed the framework strategy and mechanisms. We would like to consult with providers prior to tendering to ensure that our proposals supported by the market and obtain further feedback. We are seeking engagement from existing and new providers, and regardless of whether providers participated in last year's market consultation or not.
