Tender description

The Shannon Airport Group to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the Provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (Incorporating Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) to The Shannon Airport Group employees as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, “Requirements and Specifications”, (“the Services”). Shannon Group plc. is the Contracting Authority for this procurement competition (“the Contracting Authority”). The title of this RFT is RFT for Provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (Incorporating Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) to The Shannon Airport Group employees. The Contracting Authority is seeking one service provider (tenderer or consortium) to provide all services under this contract. Any contract that may result from this procurement competition will be issued for a term of 3 years (“the Term”) from the date of notification to the Tenderer of acceptance of this Tender. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to an additional 2 x 12 months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
