Tender description

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint one or more consultants to undertake PAS2035 compliant Dwelling Assessments, PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordination and Retrofit Design across our whole stock to help develop large-scale Net Zero Carbon retrofit programmes. PAS 2035 is the new over-arching document in the retrofit standards framework. PAS 2035 provides a specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings, and details best practice guidance for domestic retrofit projects. The tender is split into three (3) lots as below: • Lot 1 – Retrofit Assessment • Lot 2 – Retrofit Co-ordination • Lot 3 – Retrofit Design Lot 1: Lot 1 – Retrofit Assessment Orbit Group is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake PAS2035 compliant Dwelling Assessments as referenced within the specification. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Retrofit Co-ordination Orbit Group is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordination as referenced in the specification.
