Tender description
Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint an experienced and competent Service Provider to provide dog pound facilities and related services for the period of 1 May 2023 – 30 April 2025, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months, subject to performance and review. The tender requirement is for provision of access to a maximum of 15 kennels within a distance that is as economically advantageous for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council as possible.
