<p>Following the confirmation of Eden Project North's Levelling Up Fund bid, expressions of interest are sought for this 3-hectare brownfield site in a prime seafront location. The aim is to gauge interest now that there is certainty over Eden. Previously, interest in the site was housing led with ancillary leisure use for hotel and F&B.
