To be the lead provider of youth services for Worcester City. This will involve (but not limited to) ensuring a partnership approach to youth delivery, maintaining a district youth network, awarding funding according to locally identified need, measuring and reporting on outcomes arising from youth work. It is expected that a lead provider will work in partnership with youth service providers who are: o From the voluntary and community sector and other appropriate organisations that can evidence a track record of working with the target age range, as individuals and in groups. o Working in or able to work in or with local areas where young people in the district are more likely to experience poorer life outcomes or are part of minority groups. o Able to demonstrate that they have a record of delivering evidence-based approaches that support positive outcomes for young people's social and emotional learning.
