ITT for the Provision of RBH Stock Condition Survey and Cost Validation Report

<p>RBH is seeking the services of an experienced RICS Accredited Consultancy to undertake Stock Condition Surveys including HHSRS and Repairs reporting, Damp and Mould reporting and Cost Validation Report as detailed in ITT. The contract is for : 32 weeks The form of tender and all other requested documents are to be returned via the Chest portal on or before the return date and time detailed. ***NOTE: Please review all documents carefully and ensure that all required information is included within your submission as requested. ***NOTE: RBH payment policy has now changed. RBH will not pay any valuations earlier than 30 days. All payments will therefore be issued on or as close to as possible the final date for payment.*** ***NOTE: The successful contractor must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with RBH in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.*** To enable RBH to answer any clarifications in a timely manner and to ensure that RBH are able to respond to all contractors please ensure that any queries are submitted no less than 3 days prior to the quotation return date.
