Tender description
The Arts Council of Northern Ireland wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out a programme of internal audit assignments. The role of the Contractor will be to deliver “an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity” for the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, in accordance with the responsibilities, standards and ethics laid down by the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards (PSIAS) as issued by DoF in May 2017 under cover of DAO (DoF) 02/17 and any other relevant guidance as specified by the Department of Finance, the sponsoring department, DfC.
