GB-Northallerton: Broadacres Housing Association - Gas Servicing

Broadacres is seeking to award a Gas Servicing Contract covering a 3* gas servicing and maintenance contract across 590 properties. The cost model to be is a price per property mechanism. Contract duration will be 3 years (36 months). The estimated total value of the contract is lower than the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 threshold for services, which as of January 2022 is £213,477. Therefore, this procurement is not being conducted under the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
