Dog Fouling and Littering Enforcement Services

Tender description

Council is tendering for the provision of supplementary enforcement contract for dog fouling and litter (to include fly tipping) and would invite tender responses from suitably experienced and qualified contractors with a proven track record of delivering fixed penalty notices (FPN’s) to the public; that can provide uniformed officers and the necessary infrastructure to work in partnership with the Council to provide dog fouling and litter enforcement services throughout the Borough. The contract is a dog fouling, litter and fly tipping enforcement contract with a term of 24 months, commencing on 12 April 2023 and an option to extend for a further year subject to a review of the impact of the service in the first 12 months. The successful applicant may be required to attend meetings with elected members.
