Conservation accredited design services in connection with proposed redevelopment of historic structure The Isle of Canna Community Development Trust (IoCCDT) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced architectural practices to provide Design Team services in connection with the proposed redevelopment of Coroghan Barn on the Isle of Canna. IoCCDT have drawn together a package of funding from various sources to advance the redevelopment project through to RIBA Stage 3. We intend for this work to happen in 2023 to support capital funding applications, and the statutory consents process.In support of the above the Trust are seeking the appointment of a design team comprising a conservation accredited Lead Consultant, a Designing Architect, Quantity Surveying services (including CDM co-ordinator), Structural Engineering services and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services.
