<p>Contractor Engagement</p> <p>Bristol City Council’s (BCC) Housing & Landlord Services department are responsible for 147 lifts. The Lifts serve residents across 101 different sites Our Boundaries cover from Avonmouth, across to Fishponds/ Kingswood and down to Hartcliffe and Bishopsworth.</p> <p>The Council wishes to engage with contractors in the Lift industry to gain insights which will inform the new BCC Lift framework for the refurbishment and modernisation of lifts within its Housing stock across Bristol.</p> <p>Bristol City Council would like to talk to you by the end of April 2023.
