City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a sole contractor to maintain the Mechanical and Electrical services to support and enhance its service provision in this area in a cost effective, quality driven manner with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement and sustainability. The service requirements will be inclusive of but not limited to BMS system, Fixed wire testing, Portable appliance testing, Water treatment testing.
