Telex UK Limited is seeking to establish a water, wastewater and ancillary services framework for the benefit of Telex UK and all UK Contracting Authorities The ITT comprises of 2 Lots: Lot 1- The provision of Water and Wastewater supply contracts Lot 2- the provision of water and wastewater ancillary services Lot 1: The provision of Water and Wastewater supply contracts Lot 1- The provision of Water and Wastewater supply contracts This Lot contains the following goods and services to be provided by a supplier - Customer invoicing - Meters and Meter Reading - Invoice Query Management - Account Management - Water Quality Liaison with Wholesaler - Data Management - Guaranteed Standards of Service - Emergency Planning for Vulnerable Sites - Group Contracting - Additional Sites within Group Contract at the Agreed Commercial Terms Lot 2: The provision of Water and Wastewater ancillary services Lot 2- The provision of Water and Wastewater ancillary services This Lot contains the following goods and services to be provided by a supplier -Site Water Audit and Benchmarking - Leak Detection and Repair - Automatic Meter Reading (“AMR”) - Legionella Risk Assessment - Contingency Planning - Water Management Program / Addition Ancillary Services
