Traffic Survey Services for Tullamore Area Based Transport Assessment

Tender description

The Tullamore Area Based Transport Assessment aims to make sure that movement and accessibility of all forms, across all modes of transport, is considered as a key component in the development of areas at a local level in Tullamore. As such a large data collection of traffic and parking surveys are required to inform the baseline conditions for the eventual Local Transport Plan for the town of Tullamore. Offaly County Council seeks the following survey types as part of traffic survey service deliverables: Junction Turning Counts; Pedestrian Counts; Maximum Queue Length Surveys; Automatic Traffic Counts (ATCs); Journey time surveys; an Origin Destination Survey; Off-street Parking Surveys; and On-street Parking Survey locations.
