HIAL have a requirement for the provision of a Support Service for Passengers with Reduced Mobility at Inverness Airport. This PIN/RFI seeks feedback on: - Supply market capability; - Supply market capacity; and - Indicative costs and preferred pricing model. Lot 1: HIAL have a requirement for the provision of a Support Service for Passengers with Reduced Mobility at Inverness Airport. HIAL airports are operated in accordance with the regulatory standards of statutory bodies including the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Department of Transport (DoT), International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA). Due to the size of Inverness Airport, HIAL are legally required to provide safe support services for passengers of reduced mobility. This service has been outsourced at Inverness Airport since 2007.
