Description: CU services Ltd, a subsidiary of Coventry University are seeking to appoint a supplier via a tender exercise, to deliver separate Evaluation (Summative Assessment) Reports in line with DLUHC requirements covering the following five ERDF funded projects: 1. Digital Advantage 2. Proof of Concept 3. Focus Digital 4. Innovation Networks 5. DCD - Uxplore Each of the five projects have separate aims and objectives, cover different geographies and deliver different activities. Due to the requirement for individual project reports to be produced, this tender will be broken into Lots with separate budgets for each Lot. • Lot 1: Evaluation (Summative Assessment) report for Digital Advantage • Lot 2: Evaluation (Summative Assessment) report for Proof of Concept • Lot 3: Evaluation (Summative Assessment) report for Focus Digital • Lot 4: Evaluation (Summative Assessment) report for Innovation Networks • Lot 5: Evaluation (Summative Assessment) report for DCD - Uxplore
