St Philips Marsh Employment analysis and scenario development

Tender description

Consultancy support is required to help Bristol City Council and its partners in the Temple Quarter Regeneration Programme to consider the potential contribution of St Philips Marsh to the city's overall stock of employment space. \r This work will inform work of the council to determine the future scale and location of employment land and space provision across the city, and the employment land provision required in St. Philip's Marsh, to then be reflected in the policies of the emerging Local Plan including draft policy DS3: St. Philip's Marsh.
