<p>Leicestershire County Council would like to consult the market on a number of reactive maintenance contracts/frameworks that are due to end in 2023. This includes the following categories: Air Conditioning Drainage Mechanical/plumbing (including domestic and commercial gas) Electrical General Building Roofing The Council would like to consult the market prior to any tender(s) being issued. It is currently anticipated that the tender will be advertised in summer of 2023. If this opportunity might be of interest to you, we would like your input as part of this Soft Market Test exercise. Please log in to access and submit the questionnaire. The deadline for responses is Monday, 3rd April 2023 at 12 noon. Notwithstanding that, the Council reserves the right not to re-procure any of the frameworks/contracts and seek an alternative arrangement(s).
