Tender description
Evaluation of the Community Connectors Service to understand whether it continues to reach the people in most need of support, to understand the types of support that they provide, and to understand if/how this activity duplicates existing resource provided by other community services. Findings from the evaluation will be used to map out the support required for the future, and make recommendations about a model of delivery for Community Connectors in the future.
