Tender description

Orkney Islands Council is seeking to appoint a contractor for the collection and ‘closed or open loop’ recycling / treatment of 1600 tonnes of partially broken Glass Bottles and Jars (Glass material) from Cursiter Quarry on the Orkney Islands by 31 May 2023. Orkney Islands Council require to appoint a contractor to remove 1600 tonnes of partially broken Glass Bottles and Jars (Glass material) from Cursiter Quarry on the Orkney Islands. There is also the opportunity to remove an addition 400 tonnes of glass material as per the specification. All glass to be removed from Cursiter Quarry on the Orkney Islands by 31 May 2023.
