PfPP: Energy Efficiency Home Assessments & Engagement Activity

Tender description

This is a directly awarded contract for Energy Efficiency Home Assessments. There are five key elements to the contract: 1) Resident engagement - engagement with residents in a number of streets in St Leonards, providing signposting to support and encouraging completion of an online survey and assessing eligibility for energy efficiency assessments. 2) Energy efficiency home assessment - completion of 150 energy efficiency assessments for eligible households in the target area, sharing property assessment data with ESCC. 3) Post assessment support - explaining outcome of assessment and potential improvements to householders including available funding. 4) Energy efficiency improvement measures - installation of small energy efficiency improvements post assessment. 5) Research report - analysis of gap between total required energy efficiency improvements and those that are currently eligible for government funding.
