Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 4 workstreams which are: All Materials Plumbing and Heating Materials Electrical Materials Decorating Materials The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. Lot 1A: LOT 1A All Materials - Direct Award Framework The supply, delivery and collection of Building Materials (including Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Decorating Materials) required for the undertaking of all aspects of maintenance, property reinvestment and compliance works including the provision of imprest van stocks and skip hire. Lot 1B: LOT 1B All Materials - Mini Competition Framework The supply, delivery and collection of Building Materials (including Plumbing, Heating, Electrical and Decorating Materials) required for the undertaking of all aspects of maintenance, property reinvestment and compliance works including the provision of imprest van stocks and skip hire.
