Tender description

It is IDA Ireland’s intention, in the near future, to commence a public procurement process, under EU Directives, for a Property Management System and is engaging in a market sounding exercise to understand how technology can support the IDA Property Management function best, providing systems to record and manage the property portfolio and automating the associated business processes for efficiency and business value. This market sounding exercise is intended to: • Help the IDA to understand the relevant products/solutions in the market. • Provide an understanding of vendor approaches to systems of this nature. • Highlight opportunities for using technology to best effect. • Provide insights into technology costs to commission and operate a solution. The IDA would like to hear from vendors who have relevant product offerings and experience implementing systems aligned with the future vision outlined in this market sounding.
