The Fund looking to procure 36 days consultancy for up to 9 months to support the Fund's Chief Executive and Directors through a period of significant change, following the strategy renewal and Organisation improvement. This will include: . Support SMT with Strategic business planning . Enhance resilience across the leadership cohort . Improve individual and team performance . Utilise the SOVA psychometric tool to review strengths and enhance effectiveness . Preparing SMT to lead upcoming changes . Clear goal setting for SMT and their directorates . Support the formation of a fund-wide leadership forum, with clear purpose and rationale, to lead the fund through a period of change.
