Tender description

The scope of the contract is for the supply of Pharmacy Services to Tralee Community Nursing Unit, Teile Carrig, Killerisk Road, Tralee, Co Kerry. The Contract duration will be for a term of 24 months with the option of extending for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to review on an annual basis. A minimum termination notice period of 6 months will be required from the Service Provider in the event of cessation of the contract.
