SPT are seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide design consultancy services in respect of the water tank and tenant water supplies at Buchanan Bus Station Suitably qualified consultant is require to carried out the following: Work package One: Survey and Condition Report including repair/replacement options: 1. Survey of the existing water tank and pipe work to the retail units 2. Provide a detailed report on the condition of the tank and the pipework 3. Provide suggestions for repair or replacement of either or both if required Optional Work package Two: Detailed Design and Principal Designer a. Design for the replacement or repair of the tank and/or pipework b. Applying for and creation of tender documents for separate water supplies for retail units 1,4, 5,6 7 c. Produce the tender documents for the implementation of the design for tank and pipework d. Be principal designer during the works
