Tender description

Legal services for the Scottish Parliament are provided by and through the Legal Services team. This includes legal advice and assistance to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB), and provision of legal advice to individual Members of the Scottish Parliament relating to certain aspects of their parliamentary and constituency roles and in their role as an employer. The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) is seeking to appoint a Supplier to provide specialist legal advice and assistance when required, as well as some flexibility in addressing peaks in workload. The SPCB also seeks to appoint a reserve Supplier for occasions when the principal Supplier cannot act for the SPCB for any reason including but not limited to a real, perceived or apparent conflict of interest.
