Grwp Llandrillo Menai have a requirement to create a Framework of Construction companies with the capacity of providing building construction value over GBP 5.5M in the North Wales area, UK. GLLM intend to appoint up to 10 suppliers. The framework will be used as an exemplar under the guidance of the North Wales Ambition Board to drive forward the principles of the Welsh Government in terms of delivering a high degree of Social Value as well as adopting Environmental standards to accomplish the Net Zero Carbon by 2030 target by the Welsh Government. Grwp Llandrillo Menai are currently in the process of seeking approval for a forward programme from the Welsh Government to the value of around GBP 70 million and when coupled with grants from other sources is likely to result in a total programme value over the next 4 years in the region of GBP 90 million. Lot 1: Grwp Llandrillo Menai have a requirement to create a Framework of Construction Suppliers with the capacity to build project value above GBP 5.5M in the North Wales area. GLLM is a Further Education establishment with Campus location in Gwynedd, Anglesey, Conwy and Denbighshire, North Wales, UK GLLM intend to appoint up to 10 supplier to this framework.
