The project is the extension to the Lock Keepers Cottage. The building is used as a heritage centre and tea room The project is located at the Lock Keepers 10 Railway Road, BT41 3TE, Toomebridge. See Annex 1 location plan. Project Scope - the project includes the following elements; • Building of sunroom type extension (30m²) including foundations, flooring, roofing, insulation, windows and doors, mechanical and electrical works. Project Complexity – location within live site, pedestrian and traffic management.
