Tender description
Sheffield City Council, Children Young People and Families seeks to develop a collaborative relationship with the independent sector for the provision of Transitional Accommodation (Lot 1) and an Accommodation Worker (Lot 2) for Children preparing for independence post custody, or where no other suitable accommodation is identified, with the aim of ensuring that Children receive comprehensive assessment and appropriate referral to long term supported/independent accommodation. The Accommodation and Accommodation Worker shall be situated in Sheffield, or upon agreement within South Yorkshire.
