Tender description
The Cell Snatch Rescue Equipment (CSRE) was awarded to Semmco after a tender project was ran in 2008 in conjunction with Her Majesty Prison Services and Northern Ireland Prison Services. This is a bespoke design and manufactured by only Semmco only. IPS have 4500 Prison Officers trained in the use of this CSRE equipment by Semmco Lot 1: The provision of Cell Snatch Rescue Equipment(CSRE) for the safe extraction of Prisoners from a cell fire while providing breathing protection for the Prison Officer Currently at this time it would not be value for money to retrain 4500 IPS Prison Officers in using another Rescue Hood
