Tender description

Hampshire County Council, on behalf of the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership (EM3), is seeking feedback from interested parties on the proposed draft contract documents and specification for our upcoming procurement to design, build, install, commercialise, operate and maintain a new fibre spine and active network stretching 94 kms from Basingstoke to Guildford, via Hook, Camberley, Aldershot, Farnborough and Farnham. We are are interested in feedback from the market on these documents in preparation for our upcoming tender process anticipated to commence in early 2023. To view these documents and respond to our market engagement questions please go to the Hampshire In-tend portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire/aspx/ProjectManage/19509. Please 'Express your Interest' in this project and your organisation will then be able to access the market engagement documents. If your organisation is not registered on the Hampshire In-tend Portal, you will need to register before accessing the documents (click on the 'Register' tab). Registration is free and a very simple process only requiring a few fields of information. Your responses to our market engagement questions should be emailed to Fibre@enterprisem3.org.uk no later than Tuesday 31st January 2023. We are currently consulting on our draft contract documents and specification and keen to receive feedback from the market on these documents in preparation for our upcoming tender process anticipated to commence in early 2023.
