Laois Lot 1: RFT for Consultancy Services including: Lead Consultant, Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Supervisor Design Process, Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier, and Employer's Representative Services. Laois Architectural Services: Planning review, design, detailing, procurement documentation, team leader, supervision/monitoring, coordinator Structural and Civil Engineering services: including planning review, design, detailing, procurement documentation, team member and supervision/monitoring, design and ancilliary certifier Building Services Engineering services: including design, detailing, procurement documentation, team member and supervision/monitoring, design and ancillary certifier Quantity Surveying services: including cost advice, procurement documentation, team member, payment recommendations and claims and final account negotiations.
