The Council invites quotations for the provision from ELEXON qualified Meter Administrators to provide a Central Management System (CMS) capable Meter Administrator (MA) service as defined in the ELEXON document 'BSCP520'.The Meter Administrator will provide energy usage reports for both the CMS enabled inventory and unmetered inventory using UMSUG codes.
