Tender description

The Dynamic Purchasing System is being established by Jisc to support institutions through offering bespoke consultancy services by procuring additional skills and expertise to be able to help organisations improve their practice through digital technologies. The DPS offers a range of services which ensure compliance and in-depth specialist knowledge from industry experts. The main outputs will be reports, research data and recommendations.   Jisc will be responsible for scoping any project and once agreed with the institution, Jisc will use this to source the experts with the skills and knowledge required through a mini-competition. Once the successful expert is in place, Jisc will support the project through review, quality assurance and evaluation.  The purchasing service is split into 3 lots as described below and Suppliers may bid for one/more than one lot. 1 Digital Transformation in Learning, Teaching and Assessment  - We undertake consultancy focused on supporting universities with their digital transformation. This involves supporting the development of digital strategies, redesigning curricula, and assessment practice, developing digital capabilities of staff and students and understanding students’ digital experience. 2 Research - We undertake consultancy focused on the development of technical, digital and data infrastructure for research and innovation. Our consultancy services support higher education institutions, research partnerships, sector organisations and research funders. 3 Data analytics - We undertake consultancy focused on data strategy, management and presentation. This involves supporting the development of data strategies and roadmaps; data governance; survey design, management and analysis; reporting and data visualisation; and learning analytics.
