Fenland District Council is seeking expressions of interest to tender for the Design and Build of a Community Hub Building in Wisbech Park, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Fenland District Council encourages the use of local contractors and supply chains where possible to stimulate the economic wellbeing of a deprived area of North Cambridgeshire. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
