<p>This is a Concession generating revenue for Folkestone &amp; Hythe District Council by selling the Licence to Occupy for 3 locations in the district. Bidders are asked to put forward an offer for leasing the sites for the spring/summer each year to 2025.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Rights to sell ice cream from a van or mobile kiosk at one or more of these sites: (1) Jolly Fisherman Car Park, Coast Drive, Greatstone; (2) next to the Royal Military Canal and the Hythe Cricket Club, Hythe; (3) Farthing Common, Stone Street, Lyminge with additional rights to sell food, non-alcoholic beverages and/or ice cream.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Licence to Occupy for each site will be from 26th March to 31st October (approximately 31 weeks) each year for 3 years. The successful bid submission for each individual site will allow the vendor the sole rights to supply ice cream from that site between 9am and either 9pm or dusk (whichever is earlier).</p> Keywords: kiosk, catering, ice cream, icecream, concession
