Early Engagement- Procurement for Switchboard Provision

Tameside and Glossop NHS Integrated Care Foundation Trust are looking to approach the market to explore possible options and approaches for a new telephone switchboard system. The Trust are looking to implement a system which has the capability to manage internal and external calls but are also keen to develop further understanding around system capabilities for triage, prioritisation and analytics. Before engaging in a formal procurement exercise the Trust would like to approach the market to meet with suppliers and gather information which will support them in their future exercise. The Trust are asking suppliers of relevant systems to submit an expression of interest to further engage with the Trust in a number of information gathering sessions.
