Tender description
Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board, on behalf of the Board of Management of St Paul’s National School, is tendering for a Full Design Team comprising four individually appointed Consultants as follows: Architect, Civil and Structural Engineer, Building Services (M&E) Engineer and Quantity Surveyor for project management and design consultancy services for the full design, statutory approvals; planning, fire, and DAC, tendering process, procurement and subsequent periodic inspections and certification of construction of works to St Paul’s National School. Note: A separate competition for the appointment of a PSDP will run using the DES PSDP Framework. The accommodation comprises of the following: • 3 Classroom Special Needs Unit comprising 576m2 Lot 152501: Design Team for Additional Accommodation at St Paul’s National School, Waterford.
