The accommodation comprises of the following: • Permanent Accommodation - 2 Classroom SEN Base; and 2 SET Rooms. Gross Floor Area 478 m2 • Removal of Existing SET Prefabs • Interim Temporary Accommodation – Rental 2 x 100m2 Prefabs from September 2021 to June 2023.
