The Library is looking for a Gaelic speaking supplier / freelancer, to provide the services as listed below. These services may be subcontracted, however if subcontracted, the subcontractors’ details must be included in your response at Part B2 of this form (LVQ Document) Create basic catalogue descriptions in the form of a synopsis for each of the 114 videos and edit digital files where required for public engagement activities. Subtitling and transcription are not part of this contract. Devise and deliver a plan of 30 public engagement activities in Gaelic and English, for a range of audiences in collaboration with local community groups where applicable – includes local onsite & online outreach to highlight the potential research and educational value of the collection.
