TfL Built Environment maintains thousands of various types of High-Level Access (HLA) equipment, such as rope securing eyebolts, ladders, and gantries. The Building and Fabric department requires a mechanism to adequately meet their TfL standing orders and statutory requirements. To ensure that such assets are registered and maintained.
