A Single Party Framework Agreement- Connected Hubs Content Creation Agency for Western Development Commission [WDC]

Tender description

The Western Development Commission (WDC) proposes to establish a single-party framework with one economic operator to provide the services of a Content Creation Agency. Please refer to tender documents provided for instructions to compete and a full detailed Specification of Requirements. Failure to comply with the requirements may result in the tender being considered inadmissible. The framework agreement will be for an initial period of 12 months for the period from February 2023 to February 2024 with an option to extend for a maximum period of up to four [4] years on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligation at law and budgetary restraints. The period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement Admission to a framework does not guarantee the award of any contract to any economic operator, nor does it give the Framework Member the right to be consulted in respect of, or tender for, any contract
