Tender description

Due to the age of the existing heating plant and distribution pumps, it is now necessary to completely replace an obsolete pump as replacement parts are no longer available. This is urgent as there is a long lead in time for the new pump to be delivered. Hence this exception to CPR's request. M R Engineering are a local company who have tried their best to rebuild the old pump, but no parts are available. A tender process would likely delay placing an order by a further 4 weeks.
