Tender description

Teamviewer allows ICT Technicians to remotely access ICT hardware (i.e. laptops & PC’s) to assist in the diagnosis of any unforeseen issues that may have arisen on these devices and to support staff with any other ad-hoc tasks where required (i.e the installation of software). Teamviewer also offers remote access and support for all Android & iOS Devices, ensuring that other hardware (such as mobiles & tablets) can also be supported by ICT technicians.
