Tender description

Scottish Water Horizons is seeking parties prepared to participate in a competitive tendering procedure for the provision of Water & Wastewater Services for the Aquatrine Contract, pan-Scotland. This work is required at MOD (Ministry of Defence) establishments so security clearance will be required to undertake these works. The framework will be made up of 3 lots. Interested parties must stipulate to SW which lots they are interested in bidding for. oLot 1 - Water & Drainage Infrastructure oLot 2 - Electrical & Mechanical Repairs inc. Fire Pumps & Systems oLot 3 – Tankering oPlease note this will be multi award framework and the maximum number of participants to the framework agreement is unknown at this stage. Though the main body of activity will be with SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the framework directly if require and to add to or merge workstreams with one another or the other lots based on market engagement. Lot 1: Water & Drainage Infrastructure SW Horizons is seeking parties to tender for the provision of Water & Wastewater Services for the Aquatrine Contract. All Applicants will be required to submit a PQQ which will be evaluated and scored to select the suppliers to be invited to tender. Lot 1 - Water & Drainage Infrastructure. Work is pan-Scotland and related to Maintenance or Serviced. All employees engaged to carry out works must hold the required accreditation or certificates including HCOP, DOMS, HAUC, CSCS. This work is required at MOD establishments so security clearance will be required. The Contractor will be required to pass sufficient SW Horizons and Independent assessments regarding H&S. If required, they will be required to operate as the PC in terms of CDM Regs. TCs be in accordance with SWH amended NEC4 suite. The no. of Participants to the Framework Agreement is unknown at this stage. Though most work will be through SW Horizons, SW reserves the right to engage with the framework directly.
