<p>Rochdale Borough Council currently operate service level agreements with schools within the authority for IT support. These SLAs are with local authority schools, individual academy schools, academy schools within a trust or with the trust itself. As part of this service, Microsoft licensing is provided. Following previous analysis it was determined that Microsoft Education Enterprise Subscription (MEES) licensing was the most cost-effective way to deliver licensing to schools with the flexibility to add or remove licenses as required year on year. We would like to engage the market to determine if this remains the most economically advantageous solution available to schools that can be managed on their behalf by the local authority.</p> Keywords: Licensing, ICT
