Tender description

Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a development agent to conduct a comprehensive analysis of 51 garage blocks which are impacted by a sprayed asbestos product. The successful contractor will provide a recommendation for each block for a future use, which will be supported by viability assessment which references local priorities and policies. The contractor will also be required to carry out a review of the existing health and safety processes within the service to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
